  • Item code or URL of interested merchandise. If you interested for ring, do not forget to let us know your ring size in Japan.

If your shipping address is Hong Kong / Taiwan / Singapore / U.S.A / Canada / Australia, shipping charges will be following.

  1. For orders under 100,000 yen (excluding tax)

  2. For orders from 100,000 to under 500,000 yen (excluding tax)

Additional fees: the import duty levied by your country will be applied upon the arrival of merchandise.

Returns and Exchange

In the unlikely event of us delivering the wrong item(s), or if the item(s) delivered are faulty, we will exchange the affected item(s). Please notify us of the problem and arrange for the item(s) to be returned within eight days of receipt. If you wish to return or exchange item(s) that are not faulty, such item(s) should be returned within eight days of receipt.

Return or exchange merchandise must be in saleable condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn or used at least once.
  • Items that have been damaged or tainted as a result of customer actions.
  • Items returned more than nine days after receipt, in the absence of exceptional circumstances.
  • Items which have been engraved (return or exchange of an engraved item is not accepted even if such a request is made before receipt).

For rings size exchange, STAR JEWELRY will exchange rings which are the incorrect size for another size within one month of purchase (excluding engraved rings). For rings which have been worn, we offer a resizing service. Ring resizing is complimentary within one month of purchase. A fee applies for products purchased more than one month prior to the resize request.
*Please be aware that some rings cannot be resized due to the design and materials.

Return Shipping

Items for return or exchange should be shipped back in the condition in which they arrived, in the original packaging.
STAR JEWELRY recommends that customers use FedEx to return items to avoid damage or incident to the items being returned.
Customers should retain their shipping receipt until they have received their replacement merchandise or the merchandise has been refunded.

How to Return Items

Step 1

Use FedEx (recommended) or an equivalent service and send to the address below.

What to include:

  1. All items and any packaging.
  2. Guarantee cards.
  3. Your name, shipping address(with zip code), phone number and e-mail address.
Step 2

Clearly state on the Package Form that the item(s) are "Return of Exchange Accessories" being shipped for return or exchange, and bear no customs value.

Step 3

Secure and seal the package carefully to avoid damage to the contents during shipping.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail on receipt of the package.

A refund will be made to the purchaser once the returned items have been checked.
The refund is limited to the cost of the items purchased (delivery costs are nonrefundable).
The refund to the purchaser will be processed via the customer's credit card company, once the returned items have been checked.
The refund will normally be processed around one week after receipt of returned items.
